This song doesn't require an explanation, and I don't have much to add in the way of commentary. Well, maybe this: I considered a line about losing my lunch, but it just didn't seem to work with the song's mood. I also considered a line about losing my virginity, but with the general theme involving things one regrets losing, that one didn't fit either.
